What would you buy?
I have been thinking about purchasing a new rifle and am curious what you all would suggest. I currently have an Enfield .303 which is a nice rifle, but the ammo is too spotty as in reliability. I am looking at either a .308, a 30-06 or other suggestions. Really not sure on a price range yet.

what are you wanting to use the rifle for? hunting? tactical?

More of a tactical purpose. Going to look at a Bushmaster .223 tomorrow.

Personally I would get a saiga 7.62x39. Ammo seems to be cheap and plentiful. Besides nothing wrong with a com-bloc weapon in the future socialist stats of america.
