What? You're volunteering to take on planning another Bash and listening to everyone who doesn't want to help/pitch in/do anything complain about the decisions that get made?

why does it have to be a rent, why cant a group just show up to a track? Hardinsburg would be cheaper, not everything has to be 1/4 mile

I know, US60 is pretty cheap. I still liked the idea of KYFU vs LM years ago but it never happened.

Meh......I just think it should be a big track rental, whoever wants to come, comes. Its US60, not many RICERs will come. If anything, respectable import cars will come out.

So, if we do this and don't have enough money to cover the costs from people not showing up, who is going to pay off the difference??? There is no money in the FU bank for it

All the more reason to just show up at a specific track night.

if there is an event, it will not be an FU event. we haven't even collected dues in over 1 1/2 years because we don't have an event anymore. An event may be organized and participated in by people here but not an official FU event.

Also, I think anyone who tries is crazy if they don't require prepays to cover the entire cost. their name will be on the contract so they would be responsible for any shortages.

I say we use Dixie highway if you get caught by the police you lose. It would be free to start and we could pass around a hat for bail j/k

LOL. Hell, if it's in front of my moms house on dixie, then I would have a nice place to park and walk inside when all hell breaks loose.

A Bash won't happen.

I think someone on each side of the table needs to get together and make this happen. Between LM and KYFU Im pretty damn sure we could snag US60 and do just fine with reasonable entry fees. A day of drag racing and firendly rivalries is what its about. I shall bring it up once more.

I'd be in if the dates are right. I could always use some good TNT. I'm sure getting a date is the issue this late in the year. Anybody know what it cost? I'll be glad to head it up if we can get some interest.
